This project involved the complete reordering of a 1960s concrete frame office building with a three-storey rear extension creating a series of landscaped terraces culminating in a lavishly planted roof garden. The plan was totally rearranged and the passenger lift relocated to bring the previously unused basement into use and providing fully serviced offices, meeting rooms and break-out spaces. As an homage to Verner Panton, internal spaces were designed to reference ‘60’s Op Art, using hot primary colours, white resin flooring and felt upholstery.
